Any one help im away on hoilday i been very anxious all time ive been away my heart racing all time im scared something going to happen to me while im here ! This morning i had a pain in my chest few seconds i so scared im going to have heart attack ! Is this all do my aniexty .

Yes, it’s all Anxiety. I also feel that way all the time. Just try to take it easy and enjoy your time

Its awfull causei had this pain this morning just waiting for next one cant stop thinking about it .then that makes me more anxious.

I get this too, I actually just woke up from it. Then I started overthinking and everything went downhill from there. I have panic attacks, then get anxiety from them it’s a cycle. It really makes me sad. But just do some deep breathing. Hopefully that helps
