Is it the mertazapine

Iv been prescribed mertazapine for my anxiety to be taken at night. Only 7.5 mg. These are helping me sleep at night and help slightly with the anxiety. The problem is I now have dry sore eyes, dry nasal passages, sore mouth and throat and dry vagina. Has anyone else had this problem with this medication?

hi im on the strongest dose and only really experience dry mouth compared to yours and I tend to eat more.
