Ugh panic attacks!!!

So, my wife (who recently cheated and we are getting a dissolution) is back to working so she can move out. She used to be my rock if I had a bad enough attack, but now I have no rock and I am having an attack bad now. I am alone (except the kids in house with me), and I am feeling it get strong and powerful. It’s really bothersome to be here in this position. I hate panic!

Yeah, but I don’t want to give my kids a complex by panicking and whining to them.

You don't have to be panicky with them. You could be expressive that is ok.

You are their father if they are aware of your situation( meaning reason why aka she cheater) they might also be supportive too

thats a tough one. i know what you mean about having a panic attack while taking care of kids. i get on edge and lose my temper with mine when im having an attack. theyre at the age where theyre always fighting so it stresses me out. youre not alone.
