Sometimes I will just be doing something when suddenly I start remembering something random. Sometimes it’s a feeling I had during a dream, sometimes it’s remembering a certain flavor or smell (note I don’t actually smell of taste it I just suddenly remember it), sometimes it’s remembering something that happened earlier in my life. But the thing is, I’m usually never doing anything that correlates to the thing I am remembering.
My concern is that they are Temporal Lobe Seizures. I have not been diagnosed with epilepsy but for the past year I have had weird Deja vu feelings just randomly while I’m watching a video or talking to someone or something.
However most people have told me it is just my anxiety with all of this and that it’s just derealization/depersonalization, but me being me I looked it up on the internet and what came up you ask? EPILEPSY.
Does anyone have any advice for all of this? I have generalized anxiety disorder so...that’s some information that may lead to a conclusion.

It's a common part of being human with or without anxiety. Having anxiety disorder makes you hyper-aware of and scrutinizing your dreams, thoughts, feelings, etc... Our brains are full of pathways and our senses trigger random thoughts and memories that sometimes connect fully and sometimes in fragments. The older you get the more memories, thoughts, etc.. you have that are stored and triggered.
It's your anxiety and need for control that struggles to make sense out of it. The more anxious you are the more fatigued you are and the less sense it makes.
