Caffeine?

Since I started having anxiety a year ago I try to avoid caffeine but I struggle knowing what soft drinks are caffeine free.

Does vimto fizzy original contain caffeine?

I’m seeing mixed answers on google so I was just wondering if anyone actually knows.

Also what other drinks are caffeine free?

Thanks in advance.

Sprite is caffeine free. I think a&w root beer is and some of the fruity ones like orange and grape ...but of course I want a Dr Pepper or coke which does have caffeine!!!

Sprite, 7up and root beer (except Barq’s) do not have caffeine. Surprisingly, Sunkist does.

avoiding caffeine is a great help.. whenever i have caffeine it makes me feel so much more anxious and shaky.

some of my favorite caffeine free drinks are fruit/herb infused waters, any kind of decaf tea but green tea is really nice, hot cider is so nice in the fall as well!

if i'm in the mood for sprite or a soda i enjoy lemon lime seltzer 😍

I would suggest trying to wean off all sodas 🥤... Just not caffeine to worry about but loads of sugar and carbonation is not all that good for you either! If you must I’d stick with flavored seltzer’s such as Perrier ...and green tea is the best hot cold or even a frappe too! Starbucks has lots of options too!

Fizzy Vimto does not contain any caffeine to my knowledge, when I was cutting caffeine out of my diet, I usually went for fizzy flavoured waters ( which were surprisingly good and refreshing ) to make sure I avoided caffeine, but if it does not say that it contains caffeine on the ingredients, then it doesn’t contain it. Good luck!
