Here we go it’s bed Time and I always end up waking up in the middle of the night with anxiety/Panic. Someone told me it was my pregnancy hormones acting Wonky due to hormonal changes. So I’m guessing they might be right. Makes a lot of sense. But I’m having Horrible insomnia I can’t stay asleep or go back to sleep with out feeling jittery and Panicky. Panic attacks are the worst. I hope I have a good night tonight

I’m sorry you are going through this. It’s a horrible cycle. Have you taken melatonin? Also valerian tea has been used for centuries for anxiety.

I was told I couldn’t take valerian due to being pregnant or melatonin so idk what else to do

Hmm, the only other thing I can think of is magnesium oil. Rub some into your skin, like the bottoms of your feet. 2 or 3 sprays per foot. I don’t recommend mag supplement because it can irritate your stomach but the oil isn’t digested.

I’m told. Take two unpeeled garlic shallots/strips and put them under your pillow(inside the pillow case) and sleep. The natural properties of garlic are supposed to be so effective that you will have a good sleep. Doesnt hurt to try.
