Other day i was helping a friend drag a heavy bed upstairs. And now ive got thos horrid pain between my shoulder blades and i feel short of breath, like kind of winded. Im unsure if its related but its scaring tje hell outta me. I dont know it the shortness of breath is reflux, i am burping lots. Or if it just me. Im walking fine im not out of breath but i kinda am if you know what i mean? Its so hard just not knowing

Denny123456, when we go back and think about what we did prior to this happening, it can help us accept the symptoms but only if we believe that is what it's from.

I have Fibromyalgia, when I get hit with chest or upper back pain and tightness, I know that I overdid it. I also know that with that tightness from over straining the muscles comes the feeling like I can't take a deep breath. Also know that it is not coming from your lungs or heart but from over tensed muscles that may be in spasm.

As much as we want to be there for others, we do pay the price. Don't allow your mind to start speculating other causes short of you over doing it the other day. You're a good friend for sure. x

Hi, i do understand what you're going through. About 5 months ago i lifted a box that had some detergents in it and i have had pain that comes and goes ever since. What i would suggest is to not search for symptoms on the internet as that tends to make you feel worst. Also another suggestion is to rest because muscle pain becomes better with rest

I lifted something heavy and now I have costochondritis. That's what my doctor thinks anyway.
