Fluid like sensation in head as well as head pressure.

I have this fluid like sensation in my head and it also seems to be attacking my nerves. I get light head, dizziness and fainting feeling as well. This has been happening to me from june 2018. I been to the ER 5 times, nuerologist, Ent and nothing. Ent says inside my nose is swollen on both sides so he gave me steriods. I have a physical coming up soon with my primary care. Hope i find the problem. My baby turned one yesterday don't know if it has anything to do with giving birth.
