does anyone here struggling to sleep at night?

im so down right now and i dont know what to do.. i cant stop crying because i cant sleep at night. to the point that i dont sleep for 2 days. i had an anxiety attack.. i dont know what to do i tried medidatiom on youtube but still i cant sleep. any advices? or how you cope up with this.

Hey try to relax your mind. Whatever it is that’s bothering you try not to think about it. But for me I take over the counter sleeping pills and they are great!!!
