Husband chest pain, dizziness, headaches

Hello. First of all excuse my English it is my second language.

My husband have had extreme chest pain on the left side for about 4 years now.

He is 28 and we have 2 kids.

He never smokes or drinks anymore. He stopped 3 years ago

He gets these pain every 3-4 days. When he gets them he tells us he loves us very much and I should take care of the kids I can’t help but cry in front of my kids and they start crying too. I can’t help it. I’m telling him I’ll call the ambulance every time he says no they don’t do anything to help.

He’s been to the doctor a few times doing all kinds of tests and everything came back normal.

He’s very skinny so I can see his heart beat in his chest. Sometimes it feels like his heart is about to come out of his chest when I stare at it other times it beats normally

What are these extreme chest pains he’s getting?

Panic attack. Worst thing in the world. Have your husband read this and explain this to your kids. I have been to the hospital multiple times for panic attacks. Its been a couple years but yuck! I have had many tests. Every test. Blood work,mri's,and cat scans. Yup. All of it. They would give me one xanax and send me on my way. I get why you think that no one will do anything cuz lots of doctors do not. You have to find the right doctor. Also physical exercise helps so much. Go for a walk together. It helps so much. When I was in the hospital one doctor told me that an anxiety attack or panic attack can bring a 300 pound man to his knees. Seriously. It is terrible. It can take over if you let it. Panic attacks actually MIMIC A HEART ATTACK. CHEST PAIN DIZZINESS EVERYTHING. See your blood pressure goes way up. When this happens your body plays God aweful pranks on you. When you two get home from your walk together put on some music and be silly and dance it out. I promise this will help you. Music helps a ton. God bless. ❤Ginger

Thank you very much for responding. As much as I hate writing this I hope it’s “only” panic attacks and not a bad heart disease. I’m also thinking he’s been getting chest pain for about 4 years now, if it was a heart disease wouldn’t it have gotten worse over the years?

I really think so. Seriously I went to the ER multiple times for chest pain. It was aweful. I thought I was dying. I seriously did. When your blood pressure goes way up it feels like you ARE having a heart attack. I had so many tests and blood draws to be told I was fine. Seriously. One pill and out the door. Barely did anything. Last year I was in the hospital for liver and kidney failure. Drinking to cope with anxiety. Sad but true. I will spend the rest of my life making it up to my family. I am also a wife and mother. I lost my mom to cancer my stepbrother to drinking my stepfather in a plane crash and my baby sister to a freak accident in Costa Rica. Im 37. I almost let anxiety get the best of me. Your husband is breathing which means that he is living. I had less than a five percent chance and almost didnt get to live. I now only take supplements. (Vitamins) I sometimes still get anxiety everyone does to an extent. Appreciate life cuz it is sooooo short. Good luck. You wont have anxiety forever. There is light at the end of this impossible tunnel called life. Just remember it could be worse❤Find a doc that specializes in anxiety. Seriously some people need medication. I just dont want to take it anymore. I already poisoned my body by what I pulled last year. You will get over this. Being active helps so much.❤Ginger
