Okay so my left calf is aching, like cramping and it’s going up to my knee and into my thigh, I’m laying down and I’ve been sitting down all day, I started reading up on DVTs and PEs and worried this could be the case, I suffer with severe anxiety that makes me feel like I’m gonna die at any moment. Please help! Am I just being anxious or could this be more serious ?

Deannav97, only a doctor can answer your question, nobody else is qualified to give you an opinion. For your own reassurance and peace of mind you need to discuss this with a doctor.
Yeah no one can or should give a diagnosis over the internet but if it helps I get weird pains/ feelings and my brain seriously tries to convince me I’m dying.
