Panic attack

I haven't had one in awhile so I thought I was doing better and at the store I had a horrible attack and my hands started shaking so bad I could barely put in my buttons on the keypad when paying. I feel like I'm still shaking. Does anyone get shaky? I feel like all my blood rushed through my body...not a good feeling

I’ve had all the shakes in the past. It was normal for me, and from what I’ve read, very common with anxiety

Chris is right, a common symptom of anxiety. I suggest you don't pay too much importance to it and just accept it when it happens. It can't do you any permanent harm.

Otherwise if you stress about it too much you can end up releasing fear hormones that keep it recurring. Fear is our worst enemy - and a good ally of anxiety.
