It is Cyclothymia which is basically where you have traits of bipolar but not enough to get the diagnosis hope this helps x

What us it like having your symptoms if you don't mind me asking. I have been wondering alot lately whether I have bipolar if some sort as I feel weird every 6-9 months for a good few weeks/months and usually around the same timed if the year say july/august and january/February but this can change. Can you please describe your symptoms so that I can get an idea?
