YES!!! In the search box type in health anxiety and see what comes up. Read through some of them, it'll help you a lot. Especially just knowing that you aren't the only one.
Oh yes! You're not alone. I have had anxiety most of my life and sometimes when it flares up it's because of health anxiety even though my doctor tells me nothing is wrong. Doesn't make it any easier.
