Anxiety help please

Hi all,

Honestly I need help. It's getting to the point now where I want to work but the feeling and anxiety is stopping me. My heart racing and feels like it's going to explode when I leave the house to go to work. I feel sick to my stomach and sometimes am sick as I'm walking to work.

I can't get an appointment for another 2 weeks but I know work will sack me for not coming in.

What I try to do is, realize it's just anxiety and find a coping mechanism that just calms you or helps

Hasn't helped. I've now been let go from my job and that's sent to through the roof I'm afraid

Honestly bro, you need to take a day, anxiety is the worst this there is, I feel it everyday and I either sleep all day or force myself to work out, I started collecting reptiles as a hobby, as a coping mechanism, find what will distract you
