Losing control

My throat has been feeling tight, and for some reason I keep thinking about it all day non stop for over a week. I have had a lump on my right side of my neck for years and I’ve had it checked already but now with this anxiety I feel like it’s gotten bigger.. and I can’t stop having anxiety about my throat feeling tight, I eat I drink I swallow just fine but when I’m doing nothing my mind gets all kinds of crazy about the tightness it makes it feel worse and then I have a panic attack.... help
