Anyone else feel really unreal? I feel like a blank slate rn...

I feel really unreal every so many months. I believe mine is due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. I do have a diagnosis for it whether it is correct though time will tell. I won't say it otherwise you may start thinking you have it lol. I need to sleep it off like my brain stops functioning and fatigues very quickly and does not cope well if too many things are going wrong all at once. I seem to have a very low threshold to dealing with problem after problem and malfunction ending up in bed for days almost like a real zombie. My face changes and goes all weird. I take a while to get better from a serious episode. I still manage to work part time and successfully raising 2 kids just get exhausted easily.
