I have a similar feeling with this. For me, depersonalization makes me feel almost like a guest in my own body and mind. It is extremely difficult and frustrating, so I understand what you’re going through. I find what helps the most with it is actually writing. Whether it is in a physical notebook or on your phone, it is so helpful to be able to channel your thoughts and feelings into something. I really hope you start feeling better soon!
