Is this normal?

Is it normal to feel nauseous everyday with anxiety?

It mainly happens before bed and it’s horrible.

Its like my chin will go tingly, my throat gets a bit tight then I have the nauseous feeling😞

I feel you. I don't have an appetite to eat also because when I eat I just feel like vomiting

Yes it's normal in anxiety sufferers. I get it too sometimes.

I get this nauseous feeling too. I just had a big panic attack and felt nauseous from stomach all the way up to my mouth it’s dreadful. Sometimes it feels like my throat gets tight and hard to breathe also. You’re not alone

It’s terrible. I fill nauseous most days now its horrible. I wish anxiety would go away on its own because I’m to scared to take meds.

Yeah I hate the shortness of breath the most 😞 sucks to be taking deep breaths and still feeling like you can’t breathe. Thank you!
