Constant palpitations i try not to notice it but it’s happening so frequent the breathing methods don’t work anymore

Deeaire I feel your pain. I have flutters tonight. I try to avoid them as much as I can by eating right, but I feel them now. I totally know how you feel. They are very annoying and can be so alarming sometimes.

Hi deeaire, are you hydrating. If the heart doesn't have enough fluid to circulate throughout the body because of dehydration, it will tend to give you palpitations. Also, it's important to avoid all caffeinated drinks/food (like chocolate). Avoid drinking carbonated and sugary sodas. The bubbles from the carbonation push up against the heart causing palps. If this is something new or it continues to be constant, it is always best to see your doctor. We can only go by our own experiences relating to yours.

Find some quiet time for yourself. The deep breathing method can work better by going into YouTube and being guided by one of the calming soothing videos.

"Sympathetic Breathing/Meditation" by the Quiet Mind Café is helpful

as well as "Sinking & Slowing Breathing/Meditation" by the Quiet Mind Café.

It really helps when you have someone guiding you. sometimes trying to do the

breathing on your own doesn't work.

I hear you .. my heart doesn’t appear to have beaten to any kind of rhythm for months now .. I’m just going with it at the moment and try not too notice too much . Hopefully yours will settle soon .
