I completely understand how you feel.

The "activity" of traveling, is completely out of your usual routine.

People like routine.

It's pretty normal to feel like you do about this.

Accept how you feel. Be honest about why do you or do not want to go, and take the pressure off of yourself.

Treat yourself to a good book on tape to distract yourself and stay OFF of the smart phone and social media.

Escape into another world of a good book, and look forward to some aspect of the trip.

Good luck. You will be FINE.
