Im so afraid im going crazy and forgetting everything. Im scared im forgetting those i love and i feel distant from them. I feel so unreal its like im not human....i want this to end...

You are growing, you’re transforming from a teenage girl to a woman and it’s not easy, it’s even harder if you have anxiety and/or depression. Please talk to your parents if you can and try to find a local support group that you can be open to and share your feelings with, these people have all been there too and some of them can help you understand what you’re feeling just from their experiences.

I have never experienced love but I can tell you really want to keep those who are close to you. Try talking to people you trust. Maybe you can stay with them longer. Try to at least fake a neutral face instead of being distant. You will only hurt yourself more if you reject people.
