So I've been sat out in the sun for a few hours with a couple of beers,I came back into the house to make some tea and suddenly started feeling really dizzy and like things weren't real,started to feel really hot and panicky,I decided to have a lie down and told myself it's just anxiety and it will pass,and it has and now feel so much better and proud of myself for letting it pass and convince myself there is nothing wrong with me! I can now enjoy ❤ island with no anxiety😊
