Blurry vision

Hi I wear glasses they are verifocal and just lately when I'm reading from my phone my eyes will water... After texting on phone I watch TV and the thing is faces on TV do not look right I can't make the words on screen is it anxiety or due I need new

Glasses.... I have been experiencing like a floating sensation is it my vision?
