Strange sensations

Strange sensation in my legs it feels like pins and needles in both legs mainly on kneecap but Its in feet and occasionally in my arms and legs... I often hear heart beat in ears... I dint hear that yday juat came on this morning is it anxiety

This can certainly be anxiety. Try to be quiet and listen to your body for a minute...are you breathing normally? Or are you breathing a little too quickly? Is your heart beating faster than normal? Are you feeling fidgety? If you purposely slow your breathing for a few minutes, not holding your breath completely, your original symptoms of pins and needles may go away quite a bit...but maybe not. It's amazing what these changes can make you feel...and all due to anxiety.

It's also amazing how much your thoughts determine your feelings and anxiousness is a feeling. So there's a relationship to how you think being followed by how you feel. You can get a calm state of mind and determine to breathe normally and even take a short walk to calm your nerves and regulate your breathing and move your muscles and really improve your state of mind and your anxiety level if you need to.
