Well I guess we all know how much ssri's work, are they really worth the bull****. I would have to say no, they suck because they get are mind and body so addicted, but it's hard to know when they screw us up.

I don’t think they work for everyone but they’ve been life changing for other people. Think it depends on each person

Yeah, even though nobody really knows how and why they work, I agree, they help people who are ready to give up on life and can't take it anymore. But just to feel a little better? I don't agree with that. You have a nice day.

To feel a little better ? They don’t just make some people feel a little better they give some people their life back.

After my dad passed away, my wife's father came down with a mystery illness that had him on a feeding tube. My wife is an emergency room nurse and was stressed to her limit. She was barely functional and the doctor put her on Zoloft. She was able to return to continue working, deal with her father's issues and actually smile in the morning. She also used this when we had a still born child with trisomy 18. There is a lot of negativity out there about antidepressants, but for some, if they find the right med that suits their body chemistry, it can be a lifesaver.
