Did a silly thing last night,had a few too many with no tea,had a fantastic night but I'm paying for it today,anxiety is at its high

Don't beat yourself up too much. Seriously....dont. alcohol has such wonderful!?!?!? effect on our bodies the next day that I actually stopped drinking 18 years ago!. You had a great night so run with that. Have a cup of tea...eat some toast(dry if you have the morning after nausea) and then try and banana...have it on the toast infact. If you can get your head down for a snooze for an hour....drink water...please hydrate yourself as that can make you a little brighter plus does our bodies good after a night with vino or whatever your drink was...if you obv feel ok then ignore all the above(apart from the drinking water) Again. you have the next day wobbles(anxiety). Take some deep breaths and remember the fab time you did have. Anxiety can happen the night after drinking....it doesn't like alcohol and as great as we feel at the time, anxiety reminds us it's still there with a hard knock on the head the next day!...swear it does it whilst we sleep!. I hope you start to feel better as the day wears on...breathing exercises really do work..I won't get onto meditation and yoga bcas it's not for everyone...and doesn't work for everyone either.
