Is it normal for walls or objects to look as if they are swaying back and forth? No dizziness and I’m not having panic attacks when I’m getting it. But the first time I did get in it the past, I was in the movie theaters. It looked as if the screen swayed up and down. But I was getting over an attack when that happened. It’s been a couple of months but I’m not freaked out about it. I’m guessing I just need for the stress to fully rest? Feedback would be greatly appreciated. And let me add it’s only when sitting down and I’m focused on it.

Things moving or swaying when sitting down. (e.g. walls, screens, etc.) not dizzy though
Hi Robby36, I so hear you. Until we are fully relaxed, any adrenaline will cause our muscles to be tense including the eye muscles. When this happens, the eyes project differently then when completely calm. It can be anything from blurry to seeing things swaying w/o dizziness. It's like the eyes can't keep up with what the brain is telling it. And yes it's usually when sitting still that it happens. When sitting you are more focused on your symptoms and/or sensations. Thank you very much for your feedback. AND I am very thankful for that book recommendation you gave me it has helped out a lot!! I try reminding myself that I’m getting through my days a lot better than before, which means symptoms have been calming down and I am learning to accept more of what is happening.
