Have anyone of you ever cried so much you get a bad headache?

I've never heard about it but I'm experiencing it right now...

I fell asleep 7 hours ago and my head is still throbbing when waking up.

Has it happen to anyone but me???

I tried pain killers and it helped, thank you!

Yes, long time since it’s happened but I’ve had this. We are crying fluids from our bodies so dehydration (when dehydrated we can get headaches), must come into it I’m sure...drink plenty of water.

I’m sorry for your sadness 🌺🌼
