Feel so anxious and low
Don't be sorry, people like ourselves do have our good and bad days, I myself had a very bad day yesterday, woke up on a downer and due to health issues I brooded too much and my anxiety hit me hard, yet this morning seem to be okay at the moment
Got a habit of saying sorry I guess it’s hard to snap out of saying it sometimes . Your right i shouldn’t be sorry but can’t help feeling of saying it. If that makes sense I think it does. I’m gonna try my hardest to keep busy if I can and take mind off it. Hope your day is a good one today tho and you are doing best u can? X
Sorry you have had an anxious day, I’m hoping it passes soon, and you feel better.
Best wishes 🌻🌺🌻🌺🌻 x

I usually always wake feeling anxious and low, it’s awful. What a start to my day 😞 it demotivates me each day.
The anxiety however does begin to subside as the day goes by and I can occasionally go out ...
It’s an awful feeling and what you say resonates with me...

Hello Amie and welcome. Let's jump right in. First off, every living creature has good days and bad days. It's a matter of degrees I suppose. When do you notice you're having an anxious day ? As soon as you open your eyes or later on when you're starting to get ready for your day. I guess I'm asking you to play detective and observe what actually happens to you and write it down. You may see a pattern, note what you're thinking of just before it hits. You have to do this for some time before you'll notice a pattern if you do at all, but it's worth the effort . How are you dealing with those anxious days? My own experience is that you can only experience anxiety for a certain amount of time and then you get relief. Of course you may go into anxiety again , but if you expect it and are ready to face it, it will happen less and less.It really is a battle and if you don't fight it, it will stay the same I have recovered from it , it was hard to do because you have to be consistent. You have to live your life an if you aren't anxious. Remember this is a condition you can learn to control. Pam
