Hi all. Struggling with “anxiety” really bad right now. My cbt therapist told me to drink this weekend as not doing so was a safety behaviour. I feel terrible all week now, admittedly I’ve got better as week has gone on but I’ve had a lot of chest, arm and jaw pain. I grind my teeth all day which im trying to attribute to the jaw pain, and I also have a bruise on my arm which I’m linking to arm pain. But the evgest pain... my blood pressure this morning was 122/78 with heart rate of 58. Is that a positive indicator that I’m ok???
