I had dropped off to sleep, and then I woke up all dizzy and had this weird fluttery vibrations I'm my heart.
I'm scared and can't go back to sleep.
Has anyone else had this?

I’ve had this before too! It terrified me as well. idk what it is... but mine happened months ago and I’ve been fine since so i’d try not to worry about it too much
