Hi Funkyfaerie, There are so many out there but I tend to use "Mindfulness-3 minute Meditation" by The Honest Guys. It's quick but soothing and does help. x
There are quite a few by Jason Stephenson and also Michael sealey, for various things, I use different ones of theirs ....they work for me, my mind wanders about but I take it back to what he’s saying and it works...I use them mostly at bed time....
Hi I’ve been meditating every day for the past year with ‘Calm’. It’s brilliant. Lots of different free meditations and you can subscribe too so you can get even more. You can try Headspace too. 😊
