Stomach flu symptoms.

Hey there, since last Sunday, I've been going through terrible days. That's because my fear of ALS started on Sunday, and went on till Thursday. It was like a living hell. I ate practically nothing, and when I could get something in my mouth, I'd feel like throwing up. As a result, my stomach didn't have enough calories for 4 days, and I was also constantly having a panic attack along with going through intense stress. I conquered that fear this Friday, and since Friday morning, I have been eating much more normally (like I used to) and I feel better most of the time. My only issue is, when I wake up in the mornings, and it's the third day since I've deprived myself of a normal calorie intake, along with constantly stressing myself with fear and headaches. On Friday morning, I couldn't' eat at all in the morning, and when I had a banana to at least get some nutrients, I threw up a lot. I decided to make soup and was able to feast on 3 bowls, along with a bit of fish. Next morning, I wake up with a headache and nausea, my face is also pretty hot. I get up and while in the bathroom, I throw up. I barely threw up as much as I did on Friday though, and so that made me much happier. When I then started to go through my daily habits, my stomach started feeling a bit of pain and growling, but I didn't feel hungry. As the day went on, I started to lose those symptoms and feel much better. I could eat, I didn't feel weakness, and I felt very normal. I sometimes felt a bit of fatigue, but I'm used to that at this point. Distracting myself helped me a lot with that, and so I'm getting used to not dwelling on these stupid symptoms. When I think about positive and good things, I feel like these symptoms subside on their own. Anyways, this morning, I wake up and feel better than I have the other 2 days, a bit of nausea and a headache. I end up throwing up, but barely as much as the other two days. It's like throwing up a tiny bit of liquid, and it doesn't feel too bad. I then move on with around 2-3 hours of feeling stomach pain, heat on my forehead, fatigue, and a bit of head pain. Once these 2-3 hours pass, I feel alive and happy. As a result, right now, I'm feeling much more alive and human. I feel happy, I don't have headaches, no fatigue, no loss of appetite, and I'm feeling normal. Just had a banana too :P. If my life nowadays is waking up with headaches, nausea, pain in my stomach, and issues of that sort, then I can live with that. I'm not scared of the pain or the feelings it has, because once I start to understand that they don't control how I live, I get much happier and better. I'd just like to know, has anyone who's gone through a specific routine of anxiety symptoms been able to overcome it? It's been like this for 3 days, but it seems like the amount of time it takes these symptoms to go away has decreased slowly but steadily. Anyways, thanks for reading this, and these forums have honestly helped me a lot with my anxiety issues, and so I'll try to stay along and give anyone else the best advice I can. :D

I'm religious, but I'd rather not associate myself to those who take their jobs much more seriously. I do go to church and at every chance I get, I will pray for the well being of me and my family. I think the reason behind why prayers work is because they have a meditation type sensation to them. I'll research more about religion and gain more hope in my recovery. Thanks.
