Scared of seeing my doctor

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I haven’t seen my doctor in a while and I want to go and see her to discuss my medication. I’m scared because I fear she might be angry because I’ve left it so long, I have a hard time leaving the house and I work myself into a panic anytime I feel like I should go see her.

I’m also scared she might think I’m faking my anxiety because I haven’t seen her in a while. I know I should go but this damn fear just stops me in my tracks.

I don't like going Doctors either Harv. But, if we're unwell, we have to. She shouldn't be angry with you, that's isn't her job. Theres no reason she would assume you where lieing about your anxiety.. i cant think of a reason why anyone would lie about such a thing. I'm sure she'll believe you. Please take the chance. If a Doctor got angry with me I'd change Doctors. Good luck. 😊🌻✌️
