Do you ever feel like you're letting down the people around you?
That you wish they could understand how difficult it is to have a mental illness.
Because it's not a physical pain, people don't tend to take you seriously.

I have felt this way many of times in my struggle with Anxiety! I know exactly how it feels to feel this way.
Every minute of every day. Our society to fixed on an you had a problem you fix it then that’s it, mental illness is often a life long relationship. Sometimes I fantasise about being injured in the hospital or being diagnosed with something just so I can be validated rather than have people roll their eyes at me.
Every single day.
Sadly, yes. I am the man of the house, the provider and I can't provide nice experiences for my kids. Facebook is full of people we know going here and there and having a great time and our life is routine and safety. Such a horrible feeling. Worried the children will resent me.
Close down your facebook account and focus on yourself, not what others are doing. your kids will accept you for who you are. You could try to make the most of the time you have them at home, and do little projects with them, such as making toys, playing cards, board games etc. Teach them something useful and they will appreciate it far more than being taken out to some theme park.
People around me dont understand what im going through that makes us feel worse having no one to support us
Yep I just get looked at like I’m a hypochondriac. It’s horrible!
Yesss all the time
