I have never ever, ever felt this alone. I feel lonely and totally lost at the moment. Feels like my whole life has been turned upside down and I cannot decipher the way forward. 😕 x

I’m sorry to read you are feeling so low at the moment, I can’t really offer many pearls of wisdom I’m afraid other than maybe just take baby steps. Get out for short amounts of time, even if just for a walk, send texts to friends, make phone calls, arrange to have a friend round for a brew, and at your own pace you’ll get there.

I too often get low and feel very alone, I know I’m not alone but in those moments I forget that and I too just want to hide under the duvet so I can totally relate. Big hugs hunni xx

matt, hang in there bro. remember, feeling that way is a normal part of life. just chug through it, go to the store, walk around, get around some people for a bit to take your mind off stuff.
