Hi , I know in my heart it’s lack of sleep and emotional upset but just need reassurance.
I’ve just completed 3 solid physical weeks work including nights I’m an annual shepherdess during lambing season. During this period I’ve lost my beloved grandma and attended the funeral.
I’m home now and go back to work , work on Monday but I feel genuinely low , weak with dizziness, wobbly and just bust into tears at the drop of a hat I feel my nerves are completely shot to pieces . I don’t want sympathy just someone to say it’s my nerves I’m not suffering some terrible illness.. thanks

1973m, there's no reason to believe your low feeling is anything serious, I'm sure it's physical and mental depletion: the hard physical work of the lambing and the loss of your grandmother combined have taken their toll.
Take what is left of your time before returning to work to get plenty of sleep and just chill out doing nothing. Or become a couch potato and watch a couple of good films on tv to take your mind off things.
