For the past few days, I’ve been having headaches that come and go. Right now I have a headache (intense) in the front of my forehead. I took a Tylenol a few mins away. It’s like the front of my forehead is getting tight/pressure. I go see a Neurologist on Tuesday. I’m trying not to worry myself. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help with these headaches and tightness in my forehead????
