Does anyone have numerous palpitations every day from anxiety? I was at the er twice in two weeks feeling like my heart was fluttering or doing flip flops. the doctors did an EKG and blood tests and said I was having PACs which are not dangerous. Everyone has them sometimes and don't know it. I have anxiety and panic disorder and the doctors including my cardiologist say they are caused by stress and anxiety. I have been told they are nothing to worry about but it is hard not to. Any advice?
