Here we go start a new job today nervous ?! yes!!!! But i know i got this.. 6 months ago not a chance, but im doing si much better.. this site and the friends i have made here helped si much!!! I hope all of you are having a better day than yesterday. And tomorrow is the next step to conquer the world..

Good for you Wyoming, try to remember to allow your self to have the normal unease and trepidation that goes with starting a new job and an unfamiliar situation. Those of us who have had anxiety disorder think we shouldn't have the normal feelings that are part of a situation like this. We also tend to not treat ourselves with loving kindness and acceptance that we would give to someone else in this same situation.
