Has anyone had vibrations in there leg feels lile a phone on vibrate for no reason out of nowhere?

Yes I normally get that during Hi anxiety times just nerves try some meditation to relax

I’m a bit late on this post, just noticed it.

Just recently I’ve been getting same, just in odd spots around my legs, I thought my phone was under my leg at one stage it just feels like a vibrating phone, only for a short while....I’m glad I read this post, it’s been driving me mad...wondering what it is and am I imagining it...

It doesn’t last long....

I am wondering why it’s started all of a sudden.....

Yes I felt the same thing and I know what it is. I even reached into my pocket only to find my wallet since my phone is on the other pocket. Back in those years I didn't know what it was. Now I know. I now have peripheral neuropathy from B vitamin deficiency. When you don't have enough B1, B6, and B12 vitamins in your system, the nerves get damaged. The good news is that this is a very early sign and you can correct this by supplementing the B-complex thru pills or injections. Don't let time go by as this can progress and become permanent, but like I said, this is an early sign.
