Has anyone tried it for their anxiety/panic? If you have is it worth trying? How did you go?

Anxious2befree, Hypnosis did help me immensely and still continues to work for me long after I stopped sessions because of the cost. Apparently whatever suggestions given me during the hypnosis has been stored in my self conscious mind and continues to calm me immediately whenever I hear or read certain words. Well worth a try and then as "Need-hope" as well as myself suggest that you use the Self hypnosis videos on YouTube. They work perfectly fine. The more you listen to them, the easier it will get in taking you to a calmer more peaceful spot in your mind. My best xx
