Please give the new therapist and new psychiatrist a chance to help you. I've always thought you need a change in your medications and dosages. This could be a positive step forward for you. xx
Agora should I go to new doctor. I'm afraid to change but I'm not any better.
Trees2357, why did you delete all the information Indiojoe worked so hard to provide to you? He spent a great deal of time and effort to provide that to you and you just threw it away. What's going on ? What is really going on with you? Please tell us. x
Find help at the Gabriel House on 13 William Street in Pittston. The phone number is (570) 602-9796. I know they have a shelter for women in that situation so I would think that if they can't help directly, they should be able to provide information on where to call or who to contact.

Thank you very much. Not know what is going on with her.
Hearyou, do you think we are being "played"
Have no idea. Not on perhaps. But think we are beating our heads against a brick wall.....this has been going on for almost 1 year with public and pm communication.
Sometimes someone has to "shoot the elephant in the room." That is my unpleasant job this time.
Maybe nothing else we can do more than listen, as we do with NY johnnie1234, answer that we heard him and just calm him down....gave up long ago about him ever taking his medication.
Thank you so much for posting the info again. Others may benefit from your hard work.
Looks like a chronic condition that we can't do much to improve, just be here to listen. Appears everyone has tried for a long time to offer support and make a difference.
None of us knows what is going on behind closed psychiatric doors. So many posts, and it appears many of us can only budget a certain amount of time. Probably like you, there are up to 50 posts on my screen every day and must decide which I might be able offer support that makes any difference.xx
Please read and maybe act on Indigojoe's response to your other post..it was a garden variety of help available for you where you live.
I have all those resources
I understand that you "have" them, but have you used them?
No you don't...you deleted it all. Why did you do that? Why did you delete all that information that took so much work by Indigojoe to get for you? What is happening that you did that?
Trees2357, I know this is a long shot but you really focus on yourself. Possibly get away from everyone & everything negative in your life since it seems as though these actions cause more grief and are making your anxiety so much worse. I spent some time in the hospital since I felt numb, close to hurting myself and I knew I wasn't able to get better on my own. I also didn't want to push my family away anymore as they were fed up with me at the time. I'm sure you may think this was a bit much but honestly it was the best thing for me at the time and so much has changed for me since then. I sincerely feel for you but at the same time I believe your symptoms will not get any better if you don't believe in yourself or start making changes. Even if you start with baby steps, it is forward progress. I hope you are able to overcome your illness & symptoms and can start living with out the fear.
Where will I go?
Well, as I noted I admitted myself to a hospital/psych ward as I knew I wasn't able to care or even trust myself to be alone at home. My stay was exactly what I needed at the time and I was monitored, attended alone & group therapy, my medications were adjusted and everyone I met there helped make me feel more comfortable. There were also inpatient & out patients day programs. I recommend looking around for places near you where help is offered.
My family yells at me when i say I'm going to hospital.
Mine did too, was a big family fight and actually I had my mother drive me and then we turned around after my husband begged me not to go. He did promise to drive me to the hospital himself if I felt the same way the next morning, so off we went and I didn't feel bad about it anymore.
We're always fighting. They don't want me on meds.
Honestly who cares what they think, they're not the ones experiences everything you, the grief, pain, heartbreak and indescribable fear. It's okay to be selfish especially if you're ready and willing to fight for your well being. Family is not always right and at this point they are the ones keeping you sick, stuck in fear and not helping you at all.
I would definitely recommend attending the inpatient program. It could be a life saver and you wouldn't have to worry about the negativity that currently surrounds you. Use the time to focus on yourself
If you are the real Trees357, Hello.
I have been reading the posts and many replies of support over the months. What is really going on here? No matter what is offered, no matter how strong the support, you aren't "grabbing hold", you seem to just bounce away from us with just a short answer with one word or a short sentence or two
Would you please explain what you really want that we haven't offered to you? Want to be supportive. Do you really just want us to listen? We can do that if you want.xx
