I have so much pain I'm my back and hips I don't know what to do. I have osteoporosis and kyphosis but I think the pain is from being so anxious for so many years. My doctor didn't call me back.

I have just seen your post re.kyphosis and osteoporosis.I too suffer from both.have you had any help yet?
it’s not a fix all but have you tried swimming?. it releases pressure and a hot tub soak helps circulation; some gyms have pools and hot tubs you can borrow. massage therapy and cbd oil can be really helpful too.
