Im new to this forum, decided to sign up to get some support where needed and see what I could do to help others with my condition...
I have been on Prozac for about 6 months, and after review my doctor wants to increase my dosage, which is already fairly high (40mg fluoxetine daily) and obviously have concerns there.
I have been told by quite a few people, including ones with a medical background that CBD Oil is a great way of relieving anxiety, with some scientific studies backing it, I got a small bottle of the stuff from here:
auracbdoil.com/ and it did seem to help with my anxiety, but I don't want to keep using it because it could counter my antidepressants and it could all just be a bit of a placebo...
Does anyone have any experience using CBD oil for anxiety/depression? do you rate it? and do you use it as a replacement for SSRI meds or as an addition?

Hi, I have experience with CBD and another AD. My son used Prozac and CBD oil. Both of us found the CBD oil to be incredibly helpful. However, what was causing our issues was heavy metals in our system. At the recommendation of a NP, we started juicing cucumber, celery and apples with a small piece of ginger every morning to restore our gut and gently cleans our bodies. This juicing helped to clean out our body in such a way that we are doing well. I use CBD oil at night to help with sleep but no longer have anxiety, nor does my son other than what is brought on by school and life.
We also have a clean diet now. No gluten, no dairy and we really keep processed food to an absolute minimum. My whole family juices and the results have been astounding I’ve encouraged others to follow suit and they’d are doing well as well. And most importantly, we are med free these days.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’m happy to help.
