Anxiety and CBD products

I have dealt with anxiety most my life on some level. It has risen the last six months. Thus far I have avoided medication. I am curious about CBD products. I have read conflicting things. Has anyone used CBD products for anxiety and what was your experience?

This is a great question. I also am wondering about CBD as an alternative to traditional medications. Anyone out there who has tried this approach?

I have been wondering the same thing. Even with debilitating anxiety, I have refused to get on medication as well. I prefer natural products and have been researching CBD. The thing is there are many different types of CBD so finding the right one is tricky

I've tried it for anxiety. For me, the results were so-so. It made me more mellow and a lot more lazy, but didn't really give me the type of anxiety relief I've been looking for. But everyone's different, so have at it.
