MS Anxiety

Have been dealing with a bit of anxiety recently as I have been dealing with right eye pain neck and shoulder pain as well as tightness in my thigh/quad. Which has started causing anxiety I may have MS as I know some of these are symptoms. They do go away with Advil or Tylenol

I have been diagnosed with TMJ and Rothbars foot which both can cause these issues and all blood work over last few years has been impeccable and health is good except for slightly elevated BP At doctor due to fear of health issues.

Should I be concerned with these pains?
