Headaches

Hey everyone,

My anxiety hasn’t been bad the last couple of days, I have felt quite settled, I hope it lasts 🤞🏼 although, I have been waking up with a headache most days and my eyes are a little blurry and I do feel a little dizzy - does anybody else experience this? I’m just hoping this doesn’t set my anxiety off 😣

I have been suffering the exact same thing lately I almost feel my eyes are foggy. Although my headaches haven’t been as severe lately so I’m taking that as a good thing 🙂

I think the headaches are due to the muscles In the neck and shoulders tensing up when anxiety sets in, I get this when my anxiety is bad x
