I always feel this knot in my throat too.... is like a throat pain... but knot sounds more accurate. It's ongoing and hurts more at night... why?
yeah by mines feeling like my heart keep accerlerating with out even bejng nervous makes my body stressed out and ny neck gets tite like trying to force its seld to beat its crazy.
